As a gamer and as a guy who runs for sport everyday, I don't have a social life. And I need to both image train by playing videogames and physical train by running, push ups, planking, yoga, and lifting weights, etc. However, I fear that even training so much would not give the power to defeat the great evil power.
If the evil power strikes me down, I would regret not being social enough. all you need to do is find a pair of sunglasses that reveal the Truth, and use it to find a satellite broadcasting center that is transmitting the illusion and destroy it.
