Been pulled over 3 times.

2 out of the 3 I got tickets.

1 was a speeding ticket

1 was getting pulled over because the cop thought I was tailgating someone when they had actually just passed me and pulled right in front of me as we were cresting a large hill on the highway. That was the warning and they actually had that dude pulled over later due to extreme speeding.

Last and most recent was got pulled over and ticketed for driving my GF's car which had unbeknownst to me had its registration suspended because she didn't pay for a parking ticket she received months before. Pretty frustrating ticket because the only reason I was even using her car was mine was down for repairs that week.

Well not everyone. But probably everyone that came that direction and was speeding. So about 25% of the class. It was a heck of a speed trap.

It was a kind of S road where it curves left then right. The building was right after the second curve. Right before the first started on the right side was a chain link fence overgrown with ivy. As I was driving up (doing like 45 in a 35), a cop walks out from behind the dense and just stands in front of my car. Waves me into the parking lot behind the fence.

No less than 10 cop cars doing nothing but giving out tickets. One of the guys was just putting his arm around the side of the fence with the radar and snagging everyone.

Since we were in training, our instructor at the time had a rule. If youre 1 second late you are punished. By doing karaoke in front of the whole class to the song of his choice.

And it was usually Britney Spears or some other big name pop star at the time.

We got a group show.

I was 3 minutes early. Im usually 15-20 minutes early.

Most of the time. My mom is a cop and I'm military. Usually, just one of those is enough. But using both usually gets me out of any ticket.

Did so not too long ago. Told the police woman I was on my way back from visiting my mother and she let me go.

Probably helped that I had no priors on my record (at least not in the last 4 years) and she only knew I was speeding, not how fast I was actually going (due to driving by me going the other direction).

Naw I've gotten a ticket every time I've been pulled over except for one time I got a warning for a tail light. I always hear about people getting warnings but it never happens to me

Yes, once.

First day of school, 15 MPH school zones flashing all over the suburbs here. So one school zone is located at the bottom of the hill. if you were going 0MPH at the crest of this hill and just coasted down youd hit 40-50 without realizing it, so to go 15 you need to really be on your breaks.

So, im coasting for a few seconds, hit like 35-40 and then heavily apply the breaks. cue flashing lights.

"This is a school zone, what are you doing going so fast?"
"Oh, just coasted a bit before i slowed down, sorry about that"
"DO YOU WANT A TICKET?!?!?!"
"....do I have a choice?"
"YES, YOU HAVE A CHOICE"
"Okay, then. No ticket please"
"OKAY, BYE. AND NO SPEEDING OUT THERE"

and i got let go. I felt a little devilish inside when I asked if I had a choice.

I had a motorcycle cop pull along side me while I was speeding on the freeway and he wagged his finger at me, then he took the exit ramp. I think it might have been the end of his shift and he didn't want to bother with writing a ticket.

Why not go faster to avoid getting a speeding ticket?

I heard that nobody will catch you for going over 186,282 miles per second.

only if you count not admitting that I speeded as "talking my way out of it".

Ive yet to be pulled over but if I do Im not going to try to talk my way out of anything. Id be polite and respectful and if I get a ticket then honestly I was probably doing something deserving of one
