Well, she has notes from therapy dating back to 2012, has taken a polygraph test, and is willing to talk to the FBI (lying to them is a crime) while Kavanaugh and his friend are not

I also think it's incredibly intellectually dishonest to leave no gray area between "I believe her without question, Kavanaugh is automatically guilty" and "mwahaha, this is perfect for my nefarious political convenience!!!"

there is a mountain of evidence that she was in fact attacked from testimony to therapy records. kavanaugh's participation is the only part that anyone can question, and given how forthcoming she has been, it's not unreasonable to believe her.
