Idk about that one man. I'd say the weed would be completely inconsequential. Hell he coulda been lighting up a blunt as.he was lighting up that Bitch cop and he'd still get off. It's established law with legal precedent that you can shoot cops that are illegally entering your home.

I know the story, it's why I brought it up. So fucking gangster. Tupac, literally shot two cops and got away with it, and this was before the OJ verdict. Weird how more people don't know about this.
