Theres actually a little mechanism (I dont know what its called) that helps cut down the splash back significantly. Unfortunately, most public bathrooms dont have it but the ones at my job do.

I just hate urinals. There's always a puddle of piss right in front of it because some guy can't hold his dick over the urinal and lets it dribble onto the floor. And I don't need to see all the pubic hairs that fell into the toilet.
