A leader per say? When ignorant people use #blacklivesmatter without knowing the details they ruin the impact of it because there is no one to rebute it. Same for #metoo since it takes zero evidence to do this with no major party being held responsible. Movements need a figure head or they seem to get into situations like this. However, you should at least get the details of the investigation before making such a decision. The same people who are raping and don't give a shit about others in order to have their power trip are the ones approaching it on the other side and taking advantage of accusations to ruin people. I'd say 50/50. I've heard more women tell me they've been raped than men tell me they have had false rape accusations against them (I have no reason to doubt either), but that's just me.
