You never know for sure. The only way besides surveillance and privacy invasion is to be sure that she is physically attracted to you, and thinks about sleeping with you all the time. Nothing else will help ease your mind besides a deep state of delusional coping.

Since most women would actually date and marry a checklist guy and throw attraction out the window, they end up cheating or at least heavily flirting with guys that they actually physically like. Don't be a checklist guy, all you can do.
