Tequila, Whisky, Rum for hard. Usually shots of tequila and whisky/rum and coke. Start with the shots and mixed then hit beer if I'm out otherwise just the beer if I'm at dinner/hanging out.

All sorts of whiskey. Go to is Wild Turkey 101 since it's pretty cheap but still solid.

Gin Gimlets are awesome.

For beer I usually try to go local, Empryean Long Route is great and Kinkaider has some good stuff. A couple non-local favs are Wasatch Devastator and Boulevard 6th Glass. I'm no snob though, I'll drink pretty much anything lol

Probably mead, but it's a rarity and I probably have to start making my own if I ever want it again.

Otherwise, I just go with Apple Cider. I also sometimes like Vodka, either in shots or mixed with pop. I used to love beer, but it basically makes me explode out both ends now, so I stick to less gluteny stuff now.

Makers Mark and coke. But I usually drink wine tbh. I'll order a Malbec if they have it, if not then a Pinot Noir, if not then a Merlot.

I used to be friends with some Viking reenactors, and the stuff was pretty popular among that crowd. It's really good, basically honey wine, similar to cider.

Also, mead would have been popular much earlier. 1500s, we are already talking Christianity in Scandinavia. Mead was probably at its height around 800, during the Viking Age. It has been made since pre-history, though.

I was really into paralyzers for a few years, and when I was lazy I would make something like this. It's also good with coke as the base and a little milk splashed on.

Whisky mixed with... Whisky.
