Life should be Life and they should never be released! 80% (4 votes) 4 No. 25 years is pretty much life and it's a fair definition 20% (1 vote) 1 34 y/o Jason Alexander Loveday has AVOIDED the DEATH PENALTY after the shocking murder of his aunt and her boyfriend after he claimed he beat his aunt's boyfriend to death for mistreating her..then DECAPITATED HER after she WITNESSED it!! The hypocritical hillbilly narrowly avoided death after striking a deal who agreed to downgrade it if he plead guilty and was iven 2 concurrent life sentences for murdering 50 y/o Sharon Morrell and her boyfriend, 31 y/o Christopher Ryer Patrick Tuten, his lawyer says Jason has "psychological problems" and understood what was going to happen to over this tragic case. The prosecutors agreed and said it's a horrible case and were glad it was settled with a fair sentence The murders happened in 2016 when the 3 of them lived in a trailer home in Madison County..Jason murdered Ryan because he was mistreating his aunt and beat him with a lead pipe and slit his throat..but his horrified aunt witnessed the whole murder and he turned on her because she witnessed it and beat her before DECAPITATING her!! He was arrested on the same day of the killings and was held without bond. He was covered in blood and approached a man at a hair salon who admitted to murdering his aunt and her boyfriend and asked him to call 911. He claimed he heard "voices" in his head to do what he did. He was also found beating his chest and screaming "i'm a warrior" when police arrived.
