I never got the "shower at night" people. I don't judge, different strokes and all that. I think it would be great to just throw on some cologne or deodorant, your clothes, fix your hair a bit and go.

For me personally, when I'm going out for the day, whether to work or socialize.. I want to be at my 100% freshest/cleanest. So to me it makes sense to do the whole routine beforehand, rather than just rolling out of bed at the last minute and throwing something on.

There's other issues with it too, like I find showering/getting ready in the morning to be invigorating. So doing that before bed wouldn't get me in the mood to relax/sleep, it would just wake me up. I also like to go to the gym first thing in the morning before work, so I'd be working up a sweat and then just going to work like that? No good.

I get the logic in wanting to wash off the day's "events" before going to bed, but unless you work an extremely filthy or laborious job or spent the day doing something active or outdoorsy I don't see the need. Just change/wash your sheets regularly. Wash your hands/arms/face when necessary.

Lol at the dude that said you fuck in bed so who cares. True enough haha.
