I was just there last Thursday-sat. Absolutely loved it and caught the last warm weather. In fact, I enjoyed it so much I'm looking to buy rental property is SW Portland.

Portland is a great city. Where do you live now?


San Francisco. It's amazing that you can get two or potentially three homes for the price of one up here. I went brewery hoping, Powell's and exploring the time I was there. Amazing

I really liked Powell's because not only do they have pretty much any book you want to find, but you can find different versions of those books.

Yeah it was pretty sick. My plan is to get two properties and have the rent cover the remaining mortgage as I'm putting a large payment down. In a few years time I may move out there if I can find a job with similar salary. Planning in going back in a few months. Anything else I should explore when there?
