I had an interview set up once but about 2 hours before the interview I got the "We're so glad you decided to apply blah blah blah, we were impressed with your credentials but blah blah blah" email. I ended up not going and found out they have the job to some big wig's nephew. Even though this is against the EEOC it is tolerated. Oh well.
