When I use my brothers account to get to a certain page on a sports website it lets me on just fine, but when i switch to my account it wont get passed a certain page and gives me a "Error 524 Ray ID: 4583e1b4fb8dab84 A timeout occurred" error....I suspect they may be blocking me....is it a possibility? Can they do that?
