Online sales went up over the weekend. So basically people on the other side said fuck y'all and bought some Nike stuff. It's a one time thing, but Nike is king so they'll have no issues. I'll continue buying their shit.

A weekend sales spike isn't anything to go off of, let's see if they maintain higher sales overall before drawing conclusions. I'm guessing no overall significant increase or decrease will happen.

Its a conflict of interests. The same people that bitch about slavery centuries ago give Kaepernick a pass for openly praising dictators such as Fidel Castro + exploiting and profiting off of social justice with a company that makes the products via Chinese child slave labor. If people wouldnt let anyone slide for praising Hitler, why let someone off the hook for praising Fidel Castro and promoting him in a postitive light? The oppression of Cubans and Chinese dont mean a thing to the people that consistently bitch and moan about oppression and injustices.

The honorable thing for Kaepernick to have done wouldve been to reject Nikes money. He doesnt care about the things he bitches about the way he misleads people to believe he does.

Its terrible taking advantage of the Chinese and people should have boycotted them years ago. But now isn't the time to bring that up and boycott them because that's just an excuse to boycott Kaep. Who I and many people do not oppose.

The American government and media has never reported kindly on Castro. They were pretty biased against him. He's done a lot more good than bad. This is coming from two old Cuban professors I have spoken with who were around Castro when they were younger.

They seem pretty credible. I'm not saying they're 100% right or that you are right/wrong. I'm just saying after listening to both sides of the Castro story I don't lean one way or the other.
