Doesn't a made bed look nice? Well, people's opinions may vary, but to me I can appreciate both (so unsurprisingly, I actually do the opposite of what's typically instructed: I don't make my bed in the morning, but I make my bed at night before I sleep so I can feel comfortable in the nice aesthetic, but I can't be assed to make it so ahead of time for no reason, because I also like the slubby look of an unkempt bed - but I'm getting away from myself), but I also respect those who appreciate the aesthetic of cleanliness so much that they've become disciplined to make their bed every day.
