Time management and not playing around. I was a full-time student and also worked full-time during the last stretch of my degree and I survived.

I mean I only slept for 5 hours today, went to class for like ~4-5 hours combined total, and attended an orientation for like ~2 hours and came home ~4 hours ago and haven't done shit since because I'm so tired

I worked 40 hrs and had 15 credits, did well for much of the semester but ended up burning out and dropping out. Its a big regret.

Night shift full time with a mix of online classes. You can do the work at work, sleep, do more school work, attend classes, do more school work, then back to work again, repeat.

I mean shit, what's expected of you in the syllabus is 3 hours per credit, so that's already supposed to be 45 hours, and then you got the actual class time so that's 15 hours more, then you got labs, which are one credit but actually take like 2-3+ hours a week per lab, and you need to study and do lab reports, JESUS

It is damn near impossible. A small minority actually can/does do it them a minority of those people like to rub it in others faces about how you are useless if you don't spend all your time working and studying.

Most people realize it is unrealistic to enjoy life if you spend more than 40-50 hours a week on that stuff regularly with the occasional 60 hour week.

Some people also get through it due to truly enjoying their job or schoolwork or maybe their job is super easy and they can study while they work.

That would be rough. We need almost-free college. Students should still be able to borrow money to cover living expenses, but this will at least significantly reduce the debt they leave with.

I have no ideas where some people find the time and energy. My cousin, who works a full time nursing job (making big $$$), is also going to school full time. She's working towards one of the top nursing degrees, not sure what it is exactly. She has already earned a bunch of degrees, including a forensic nursing degree.

To top it off, her family life is super busy. She has a 5 year old son with her boyfriend, who has 4 kids of his own. And they are all in sports and school activities. She's very involved with all of them. She even finds time to help coach the school volleyball team. It's insane. Her days must last 28 hours or something.

I fucked up CC for 2 years after high school.

Went to one of those accelerated for profit schools at 26 years old which was 5 and 1/2 hours each night M to Th while holding a 9 to 5 M to F.

It fucking sucked.

I could probably do it with the motivation. I barely want to take 10 credits a semester because I hate school and homework, but I could easily get the work done with 15 credits and still have a full time job.
