If they do make a shitload of money, it cones with a lot of stress and threats from clients. I saw one of the major lawyers in Vegas at Wal-Mart. Dude had what I perceived to be a bodyguard with him. I'm guessing most lawyers probably can't afford that. --- Currently playing: Monster Hunter World (xbone), H1Z1 (ps4), Castlevania 4 (snes) ... Copied to Clipboard!

to be a highly paid lawyer you need to successfully defend some pretty disgusting clients, see once that world sees you're good at your job, that's where the real payday starts, the hollywood elite and the CEOs of the rich world will know your name and you'll be getting big calls and money, but of course if you fail, better watch your back because not only will you earn the scorn and hatred of the public for defending a POS but you failed, so now that POS's buddies will want to "chat" with you
It's not fair those laywers get to enjoy life for dirty business but the public defenders are completely fighting uphill battles the government constantly keeps adding more dirt on --- IGN: Sun FC: 0061-0132-7564 ... Copied to Clipboard!

I worked as a Financial advisor for 3 years. The lowest I saw a lawyer mske was about $50k but he ran his own practice in a small Texas town in the middle of nowhere. A typical corporate lawyer made anywhere from $120-$200k depending on experience/employer. The highest I remember seeing a corporate lawyer make was about $350k but he was also the VP. The guys making the most money were the ones who ran their own practice. It was not uncommon at all to see those guys making $500k-$1m annually.
