While I do spend a decent amount of time streaming audio while I'm working or gaming, I did not need to see my daily average is north of five hours. Sure, that's about what used to be the average amount of TV consumption a day, but it's still sobering and I didn't need that truth bomb.

I had it pop up when I opened up my YouTube app this evening, but it's in your profile. You can toggle an option that reminds you to take breaks.
