Growing up it was 10/10 because it was everything I ever wanted on a tv channel. When I grew up, it was a 3/10 because it was nothing but Cheaters, Cops, and their original content got stale.

It was great, until Comcast fucked it all up around 2005-2007.

I remember watching a lot of AotS, Sasuke/Ninja Warrior, and Unbeatable Banzuke. Good stuff to chill out on/with for a bit each day
