Milking a tragedy for views. A lot of them pretend that it is a live reaction when its obviously they are just playing a youtube clip of it. Then they fake cry and beg people to donate to a go fund me that they set up and be sure to pave low that like button and subscribe, dont forget to click that bell and while youre at it, heres a patreon page to check out.

They are parasites.

Same reason there are entire channels devoted to trying to pick holes in popular media works; they just want views and clicks, even if it's people watching to complain about them.

The worst is when Im discussing something with someone and they bring down a piece of film or literature and you can tell theyre just using points from a video when they cant go in-depth after youve asked them to explain their point

I hate that so much. They just rattle off a top ten Youtube video and when you point out the flaws in it they go, "I don't know dude, it just sucks!". It's creating an entire generation of whiny asshole media critics.

I get those, too. I refuse to watch any of them because I don't want to encourage any of that sort of exploitation. It's just shock jockey's for a new world.

It sucks because sometimes things have genuine points to criticize, but they get drowned in an ocean of fake complaints and non-plot holes.

I've seen that guys unoriginal videos, it's mostly fgc gossip. He's kinda filled the void that Mike Ross and gootecks left with CCTV. Even the name of his channel was completely ripping it off.

But this is nothing new, YouTubers are scum but here we are talking about them again.
