Seriously thanks to all the building construction, demolishion, ships near the beaches, bankering, lot of smoke from refineries, etc my health been really bad.

From October 2017 till April 2018 I was with strong migraine thanks to my allergies, block nose, unable to sleep thanks to block nose and the whole nights spitting up flem.

I am using Hemp Oil and it is helping my allergy, I dont have migraine anymore and my block nose is gone. I still feel flem but way less.

But the thing that hasnt disappeared is getting sick every single month, I havent had a single month of not getting sick.

I tried using Manuka Honey and Royal Jelly but nothing no difference.

I only have 4 GCSE thanks to my health causing me to miss many class and the huge length of my migraine didnt help especially sinus infection.

Seriously life is like hell, my health is so poor thanks to the people causing all these pollution, they want to build everything in one go.

I was planning to get all the qualifications I need to be be able to get a good job in another country, but that is proving to be too hard thanks to my body messing up in studying.

Seriously 29 years old and I only have 4 GCSE that is awful.

I even got sinus infection on the same day as the exam or even few days before exam.

I cant stop getting sick thanks to all the pollution, contaminating, etc and I cant move to another country thanks to my lack of qualification due to my health getting in my way. Failing thanks to being sick.

Someone is my work is the same, when he is away in another country he feel better. The acupuncturist the same when she is away in another country she feels better.

My friend who has asthma get more asthma attack here than another country.

There is also the refinery, which isnt exactly good. It produce lot of smoke.

I tried many things to improve my health but no success, even acupuncture doesnt help anymore.

I tried using multi vitamins, zinc, increasing my fruits and vegetables, training, etc, but nothing.

I keep failing and failing my study thanks to my health. When I got sinus infection few days before exam, I tried taking energy drinks and coffee but no effect. I was even considering taking 2 bottles of energy drink to have energy but the exam but I didnt because it might be dangerous.
