Moderate anyway, don't respond to any dispute until long after the topic has purged (if at all).

Got moderated 5 days ago, disputed almost right away, topic purged 3 days ago, still no response. Funnily enough, never taken them at mod (or even lead mod) level more than half a day to respond to any that they can justify upholding - or even, in the past, a couple that clearly should be overturned (and were) but the existance of the post wasn't inconvenient to any agenda. ;)
