It should just be a simple question about numbers. But it then it goes into type of devices.

Suppose you use 4 separate computers and only computers. Is that 4 devices, or just the computer you're using right now?

Then there are the just one options. It asks about devices and specifies a computer. So computer is a device. But then is specifies the device I'm using right now. So computer is different from a device.

Why would 4 computers be 1 computer?

Edit: Having read it, your computers are all under the class of computer so you only use one device class.

The device you're using right now references any of the device classes not prior specified (i.e. a tablet)

Doesn't seem confusing to me. If you use like your phone, a desktop at home, and a laptop you take places, that's three devices. You're taking the flavor text in the poll options too seriously.

That's where the options are inconsistent.
The option "the computer I'm using right now" specifies an individual device. If you use 4 computers it excludes the other 3.
The option "Four or more" then specifies device classes.
The options switch between using device classes and individual devices making it unclear what was being asked.
