For me, I say the Arkham Knight's identity and Faith's sister in Mirror's Edge: Catalyst.

Literally everyone and their grandmother called the first one as soon as Rocksteady unveiled his screenshots. In Mirror's Edge, the game makes a big deal about Faith's missing sister, who she thinks is dead, and yet there only one other half Asian girl running around doing martial arts and shit. I wonder who she is...
They actually try to throw you off by stressing that she's the villain's daughter.
