Full Throttle 08/18/18 12:58:00 AM #1:	Do you think Sandy's an idiot for praising her now dead husband who tried to kill her and her kids? - Results (1 vote) Yes 100% (1 vote) 1 No 0% (0 votes) 0 Sandy Youd, the wife of a Utah Man who tried to KILL her by flying a PLANE into their home but ended up killing himself instead says her husband is still a GOOD MAN and that she'll "never understand" what was going through his head on his suicide-murder attempt!! She and her adult son managed to escape the flames that engulged their home in Payson that killed 47 y/o Duane "Rhedd" Youd. She said she's still looking for answers on why the "fantastic" father would intentionally crash the plane into their home knowing she and their son were inside as it was completely unexpected. Their children said their parents were going through a rough patch that escalated recently just the day before he crashed that plane into their home. He started screaming and yelling at Sandy before pulling her out of a cab and attempting to leave her at the side of the road but she jumped into the truck bed because she "just wanted to go home" and Rhedd kept SLAMMING ON THE BREAKS in an attempt to push her off the truck!! He again tried to get her out but she reached into the cab to grab her purse and then he PUNCHES her and then HEADBUTTS at which she finally scratches his face in revenge as passerbys came to her defense finally...pictures of his scratched face at the police station were shown. Soon after he was bailed out by Sandy, Rhedd drove his truck to the airport and took a Cessna Citation 525 plane that belonged to the company he worked for and crashed in into their 2 story home knowing his wife and son were sleeping inside their upscale home at 3am... The aviation community was shocked at what transpired as they said he was an extremely talented pilot who did his job well and was a "trusted" member of the airport community. He had 24/7 access to an airplane as well. 17 y/o Parker and his sister, 21 y/o Joslyn were shocked by their father's actions but knew about their parents struggling marriage and never would have guessed their father would try to kill their mother AND them... If he was mentally ill, it's understandable to remember what he was like before the illness took place. She's not a idiot for being brainwashed and no doubt loving the husband and farther of her kids. Hell he might have even been a good man at one point for all I know. However she's is 100% deluded if she thinks he was a good man at the time of his death. She was in a toxic relationship that could only have ended in death. People walking down the street yelling how gay marriage is a travesty, an atmosphere that is unbearable to live in because of how dry it is (it is a billion times worse than the dryness here in CO), and a religion that is cuckoo bananas.
