Ive tried it, not for me
I never understood why people drink light beers until I did a tour of the Anheuser Busch brewery and they explained that some people really appreciate the less filling nature of lighter beers so they can drink more beers and for longer periods of time Personally Id much rather just have a single porter or stout --- If they drag you through the mud, it doesnt change whats in your blood ... I do, though only in the sense that I can't actually stand beer, and beers like Coors Light are closer to being water than they are beer.

Bud Light is my go-to for cheap beer. I think it depends on what you started with when you began drinking.

For me I think it's less that I started out with Coors (actually Keystone, but that's also a Coors product) and more that I used to be near the Coors brewery
