You may now travel to various new locations where new [BOSS]es await. [FIGHT]ing these bosses takes 2 actions. You may only fight the boss if you have a character from the series that they are under (determined randomly, will reset if all three are available the next time.)

For Round 8, you will have 5 actions
You can [FIGHT] any of the six [BOSS]es (if you are allowed to). Fighting [Reaper], [Tonberry] and [Sword Dancer] takes up one action. Fighting [Articuno], [Zapdos] and [Moltres] takes up two. Party members can only be in 1 boss-fighting party at a time.

You can go to the [Arena] with 1 [Character] to test your skills. How successful you are will be determined by RNG (some experience is guaranteed). There is an entry fee (300). You may also receive money depending on your success. Characters may not go to the [Arena] more than once in a round. This takes up one action.

You can go to the [Temple] with 1 [Character] to meditate. You will gain a set amount of experience. The growth from the [Temple] is higher than the minimum possible growth from the [Arena]. Characters may not go to the [Temple] more than once in a round. This takes up one action.

You can go to the [Forest of Light] with up to 2 Pokemon to train. How successful you are will be determined by RNG (some experience is guaranteed). Pokemon may not go to the [Forest of Light] more than once in a round. This takes up two actions.

You can also [Do Nothing]. There is a small chance of incurring an advantage from this option. This takes up one action.

Buying and using non-battle items do not take up any actions.

The round will end either when everybody has posted five actions or when ~24 hours has passed (~4:00 PM PDT).

There will be a very significant decision you will make involving 1 of your team members for this penultimate battle.

You said type advantage things here. But what about things that are immune to Zapdos' electric attacks? I anted up two Ground-types for that reason (plus their levels). Plus while Archeops has Rock Slide, he's also a Flying-type that's weak to Thunder.

How much total Gald do I have right now? I need to know that before I make any further decisions. The 4961 is the total I've accrued the entire time, right?

nothing else matters unless you have a type that is strong against the bird you're fighting. your weaknesses against the birds are not taken into account. Zapdos is weak to rock and ice so if you bring either of those types you get 1% boost. you can't double up on one pokemon (e.g. if you bring one Pokemon who is both rock and ice, you don't get 2% just 1% since it's just one Pokemon.

yes but you won't be able to see the updated percentage since all actions will be resolved at the end of the round.

being generous my guess is that you will see a 2% increase in your victory chance if you get all the max level ups for the party you're fighting the boss with.

You have been approached by a mysterious figure with an opportunity in the next match. You may [Sacrifice] one of your team members.

You will go against a user in a randomized matchup with all of your team members. Because we have an odd number this round, if you do not match up against anyone, you will face off against IhateCPUs [GHOST]. Every action of the [GHOST] will be randomized although it will use IhateCPUs team.
- Whoever has the larger sum of all values will win.
- The starting value will be the level x10
- The item limit is 5
- You are not allowed to buy items this round
- Type Clause is in effect
- Karen Clause is in effect
- Death Clause is not in effect
- If you [Sacrifice] a team member, you will gain +200 on your FOP and +150 on everyone except your sacrificed member who will gain +0. If your FOP is sacrificed, everyone else on your team will gain +150 except your sacrificed member who will gain +0.
