They have closed hundreds of stores so far but still hanging on barely!

Sears seems like a pretty safe bet. The last few times I've been in a Sears (spanning three different locations), it seems like everyone just stopped caring. Like everything was kinda' a disorganized mess, and pretty dirty and dingy. JCPenney still feels like it's trying (except one location that closed last year, and even that was still better than any of those three Sears stores).

JCPenney is having trouble, but it feels like they may still escape death. Sears is completely hopeless though. It's inevitable. Just a matter of when.

I noticed that as well. Its as if the stock comes in and they just drop wherever they are at. No organization whatsoever!
