I usually can't, either. Sometimes I force myself to eat a little packet of cream of wheat so I'm not starving when noon hits.

Not for me.

Coffee does that(makes me go), but not the cream of wheat. It's weird. I don't like oatmeal in this form, but I LOVE oatmeal raisin cookies or granola bars with oatmeal.

Never heard of oatmeal making you poop. Coffee first thing in the morning will do that to me so I try and avoid it until I have something to eat with it.

Cream of Wheat with some honey or brown sugar and milk in it. Perfect cold morning breakfast.
