No review, it goes inactive until it expires. he also mixes top secret clearance with secret and confidential level clearances, which are much more common, and concludes there's millions of TS out there. there definitely aren't, it's an order of magnitude less common (and the higher levels that brennan et al likely have are rarer still) so if anyone has an active TS clearance they've done work that would require it at least in the last 2.5 years.
