I used to work with someone who suffered pretty bad gout and the flare ups were horrible.
Hope you feel better soon - are you taking anything for it?

Took two max strength painkillers 20 minutes ago. Hopefully I'll feel good enough to get food.

Yeah hopefully - but I mean has your provider specifically prescribed antigout medications? They're very helpful along with dietary modifications.
