8/10 can be really funny, but sometimes the show feels so damn preachy and a lot of the fans of the show take everything represented as gospel

And even though I enjoy the show the whole gingers dont have souls thing has led to countless kids being bullied and harassed and I think that was incredibly irresponsible of them to start that

it was like a 10/10 from season 2 to 15. it got great again for 17 and 18. the first season was okay. the rest are mostly stupid shit for buttheads tho, am i right

New seasons are lacking and can be a rough watch, especially as reruns, but there are so many classics. Seasons 4-12(?) Are top tier

5/10. It's had good episodes and a lot of lousy ones. The animation is the shits and the creators are pretty hamfisted when it comes to delivering sociopolitical messages. Plus the show relies far too much on vulgar/gross humor at times.

The superhero concepts were really fun, though, and the games looked neat.

As far as long-running shows go, it has held up better than the rest. Less episodes per season probably helps that though... I liked it a lot until that season with the zip lining episode. That was not a very good bunch. The episodic seasons were pretty weak too. It's okay again after that though. The season where they focused on the election was agonizingly bad though...

Funny how by the time I finally got Comedy Central, South Park had already dropped off in popularity.
