I feel so bloated and full my stomach is going to expand 6 sizes.

Looking at all the wrappers and peels makes me sick, sick to my stomach.

Like 10 oranges, 3 bananas, which I was saving to space out within the week. Then when I finished my fruit supply I ate some Corny big bars and nestle bars. All 2000 calories in addition to what I ate for lunch and dinner. Not to mention the sugar content which I'm afraid to even think about

There is nothing wrong with a cheat day like that. Itll feel like you gained a bunch of weight but its likely all water and salt. Youll go back down in a few days. Dont stress it.

I always thought if you have a strong desire to binge that youll naturally be fat.

Cheating, for example, isnt something i resist a strong desire for. I simply dont want to cheat. Cheaters want to cheat.
