Nah. This video shows the street is wet, which means it had been raining. Rain is an 'act of God', so she doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Fucking careless owner should have laid out a red carpet for any potential thieves. Homeowner needs to start caring about her fellow Americans and not just her damn self, that thief will be out of commission for weeks! think about all of the people that will actually get their packages/mail? Who's gonna steal those for her? You? Didn't think so.

Plus she slipped in the grass while carrying an apparently heavy package without a proper grip on it.

For an invitee or a licensee the host has an obligation to protect or warn against potential dangers in which the host either knows about or should know about. For a trespasser the homeowner only has an obligation to not leave intentional hazards maliciously.

The homeowner is frustrated by the loss and says one box contained a special medication. Insurance pays for some of it, but it doesn't cover replacements.

The homeowner says its worth more than $5,000 and he doesn't feel any sympathy for the woman who fell.

If the medication is that expensive some its probably for something rather serious. If the home owner waited and blasted them with a shotgun I still wouldnt feel sorry for this failure of a theif.

So you couldn't put nailboards under windows inside your house because a fucking robber might get hurt? That is insane we're not allowed to protect our homes in honestly the most passive way possible.

Sorry not everyone can afford a home security system. I mean, it's not something I would ever do, but I feel like someone trespassing in your home shouldn't expect to be welcomed. I don't agree with killing people for no reason in your house, but I feel like defensive measures should be allowed

Seriously.. if it's that expensive.. I honestly wouldn't want whoever delivers it to just leave it at the door! I'd want a confirmation signature or something, or a little paper that says "we tried to deliver a package, you weren't there, we'll come back later at X time, or you can come pick it up at our counter" or something..

Yeah. Pro tip. If a dog bites your arm(and I mean like a serious bite not just a playful nip but the kind of strong and deep not letting go kinda bite) dont try to pull free. If you succeed you probably just got a lot of skin, tissue, even muscle ripped off and apart.

Instead attack the dogs eyes, penis, and other sensitive areas so it that it releases and hopefully flees.

Gouge/stag its eyes out if you have to.

Same with a shark attack (and probably most animal attacks where you get bitten and not clawed at)
