this was said by a dude i know i ran into at the grocery store.

I made a topic a few years ago about this but one time this dude(who i worked with at the time) offered me a jar of home made moon shine. very strong. 90% alcohol. tastes like appie pie.

I accepted the offer, because that sounds cool as hell.

So I go over his house, and he gives me a jar. While there I see a moonshine bottle sold at the liquor stores(I didnt work there at the time) with liquid in it. I asked him what that bottle was, and he says "oh, a buddy of mine drank some but couldnt handle it so he puked it up in that jar"

I was confused, as the liquid looked exactly like mine, but I didnt press futher.

So, I get home with my jar, and am excited to get hammered. I take one shot...tastes just like apple pie. wow, this is fucking awesome. But, I was curious why was it so smooth and why was I not buzzed? I take another shot, and another, and all I have is a buzz right now but I should actually be drunk as shit, I would imagine, if it's 90%.

I quickly determined he gave me a jar he bought at the liquor store and took the label off. He passed it off as his own creation. It was fucking tasty, the lie was kinda weird but I got a $20 bottle of apple pie moonshine for free, so fuck it.

I questioned him the next day and asked him how strong he said it was supposed to be. He said his friend helping him make it screwed up the batch and it wasnt as strong as he mentioned the other day.

Oh well. might be time to buddy up to him so I get another bottle of liquor store moonshine for free.

and yes, i meant moonsine, and not mooncos or moontan.

That's shady though. Why would he lie about making the moonshine?
