i invested in jan and again in feb

cant really complain. apple's main product is their stock; it's what they spend most of their money developing.

Buyback programs would be the principal method.

By removing stock from the actively traded market, you functionally restrict the supply and alter the market in favor of those selling the stock. Thereby increasing the value of the stock.

Same reason you see a corporation's market value rise when they are acquired/bought out.

Apple spends more money on stock buybacks than product R&D.
