Like when Zod's invasion is occurring, Bruce is shown getting off a chopper and getting in a car, driving through the streets of Metropolis while all the mayhem is going on.

Yeah which is why "there on business" makes no sense in the time since Zod's invasion started, he'd have had to get in the chopper in Gotham, and fly over the river into Metropolis, knowing that the city was being invaded by a super-powered warlord and his soldiers --- Not removing this until Mega Man 64 is released on the Wii Virtual Console.
