So when I turn on my PS4 it says a serious problem has occurred with the software. So I tried turning it on in safe mode, the PS4 tells me to connect the Dualshock 4 with the USB cable. I tried doing that but they won't connect. The white light on the controller flashes white and yellow when I push the PS button. Trying to pair the controller with the button near the L2 button won't work either, nothing happens when I try that.

Does anyone know what to do? I couldn't find anything useful on the internet, the things they suggest don't haven't worked for me.
