orcus_snake 07/28/18 1:40:17 AM #1:	I had to train myself by basically just keeping myself in the starting pushup position cause I had absolutely no fucking strenght. I still recall one of my ex GFs being able to hold me down during rough sex which is kind of embarassing lol. Anyways I kept doing bodyweight shit on and off coupple of times a week and I do much better these days.
