Agents of shield is consistently one of the strongest offerings of the MCU. Not one bad season at all. Personal favorite was 3 though, with the androids and shit. Or maybe that was 4,it's been a while since I've seen it.

Probably the weakest season of the whole show, albeit with a few truly standout episodes.

The last episode was basically a series finale, not sure how theyll top it when the actual series finale rolls around.

it started to get pretty stupid with the time travel and prophet girl stuff, especially when smart characters do such stupid stuff because of it, but still overall enjoyable.

I just started watching it too. I've been waiting for it to come to Netflix but apparently it's been there for a while and I wasn't told. I've got a few episodes left but this is easily the best season yet. The space stuff was great and now they've started tying in a bunch of stuff from previous seasons.

My one complaint is *mid-ish season spoilers*
They brought back an even smaller fragment of Hydra after totes-we-promise-guys being eradicated for the third time. Hydra is cool but make them a big thing or cut off the last head. Ragtag hydra coming back from the grave is getting annoying.

this latest ep was really good except for the hydra reveal at the end. lame. put them to rest already. i really hope the daughter and affluenza bro pull a mutiny and take over cuz hydra is played out.

Fitz thinking he was seeing the fear when it turned out to be himself was a great play. Well directed. He did the right thing in the end but lost the trust of everyone.

Yeah the one frozen in space to go to the future which won't happen now, proving time isn't fixed.

Deke's back as a regular next season too so he's fine. That ending scene did seem to imply that he'd disappeared but I'd love a simple "Nah I left and took my multitool and Davis had to clean all the junk in the room" retcon.

Poor Davis will never get to tell the audience how he survived his encounter with AIDA.
