Yeah, the moderators aren't exactly known for being unbiased.

Similarly to how they'll start breaking out the biased moderations more aggressively if you're unable to contest / appeal for any reason; I'd be surprised if they aren't also using questionable NWDs to build up history, so they can claim a harsher moderation on a later message (that in and of itself is a valid ToU / BE violation) is justified based on the poster's history, especially given an explicit rule that "you can only contest on the grounds that the moderation itself was incorrect, not that the punishment was excessive".

But, let me know when you come up with a moderation system that can guarantee lack of bias and isn't prone to abuse. (And no, "the moderators are biased in favor of my views instead of against them" doesn't count as "lack of bias".)

I got a nwd for "flaming" because I called someone an idiot, despite it clearly being a joke. If I was actually flaming then I would have gotten a 3kl, so the mods clearly knew it was a joke. If anything getting a nwd is like the mods flaming me!
