I thought it was. yesterday someone on CE made a topic about giving out 10,000 dollars to everyone who posts in their topic. and then today it's a meme for everyone to pretend like they got the money. but it feels against the TOS to me. yet the person is untouched. they are friends with a bunch of mods though

Technically, it could fall under advertising, but if you're essentially advertising for THIS site, it probably doesn't count.

What is against the rules is not paying people that fulfilled a contract. If you didn't get your money, I would file a civil suit against him if I were you.

oh he wasn't to give me money. I never believed his story and didn't even post in his topic. I think he's full of shit. plus he hates me so he never would have gifted me money. and there are holes in his story. he says his grandpa died and was the CEO of Sweet and Low. I checked google and no Sweet and Low CEO died recently.
