if it's a game that I'm on the fence about, I might watch a video or two just to get some kind of idea of what the game's about.

if the game doesn't interest me, but I'd become invested in the walkthrough for whatever reason, I might watch the rest.

I also sometimes watch let's plays of games that I've already completed just to see the reactions of others, if the games made some kind of impression on me

the only lets plays I watch are easy allies group stream and the occasional Kyle Bosman stream

Tho I guess streaming playing is a little different than a lets play? I dunno to me theyre pretty much the same
