Me too tbh. I've been in China alone for nearly 6 weeks now. Really missing my wife and daughter. I'll get to see them on the 31st but only for 2 nights before I return to China. Then it'll be another month alone (give or take, depends on how long it takes for my work visa to be finalised) before I can move them here with me.

My mom is going blind and my dad is almost bedridden from parkison's

... and still coping with a breakup

Does your mom have cataracts? Never dealt with a breakup because ive never been in a relationship, but I think I'd handle it badly. Probably listen to emo music for a couple weeks.

Yep. I got tired of the bullshit in Thailand. Got a job offer in Ningbo that was triple the salary (and after 3 months I will get a $500/month increase), free apartment, yearly bonus and a free round trip flight anywhere I want. Plus the owner is awesome and will even give my wife a job when she gets here.

Right now we will definitely stay here for 2 years. After that, we will either make the final move to Canada or possibly stay here even longer which is a strong possibility.

It's macular degeneration. She waited too long to get seen so she lost central vision in one eye. We started getting regular shots for the other eye but it's deteriorating. She can't read anymore

Started playing Prey today and am liking it a lot. Ended up playing for almost 5 hours and now its almost 1 am lol.

Now Im just lying in bed with a kitty watching tv and browsing CE till I pass out.

Sorry youre feeling lonely. I get that way sometimes. If I didnt have my kitties Id be feeling a lot more lonely too probably. I havent been in a romantic relationship in over 5 years lol

I started playing that this week as well. About 7 hours played so far. It's surprisingly difficult at times (limited ammo and limited materials to make ammo) but it's been a lot of fun while being creepy as fuck at times.

Its really surprised me how good it is so far. Ive been trying to get into Arkane games this week and so far Ive been loving them (started with dishonored, am now playing prey, and after that dishonored 2.)

Not a studio I shouldve been sleeping on, just as an outsider their games didnt seem all that special.

I played the first Dishonored for like an hour and couldn't really get into it. Dishonored 2 definitely looks better though so I may get around to trying it at some point.
