It actually works surprisingly well, you can do pretty much anything you can in the regular version of the game on mobile. This actually renewed my interest in the game big time being able to play it anywhere. It's only available on Android right now but if you've ever played RS I'd highly recommend trying it.

If someone tells you to drop your 60 million gp collection of items on the ground and cross a bridge *don't do it*.

Lmfao amazingly enough apparently people still get lured despite the game being almost 20 years old at this point.

Yeah, once rs3 goes mobile I'll finally be able to get all 99s on my account after 5 years. Currently at 2.6k total. I started a whole new account for OSRS though

Did you see the thread on Reddit, too?

Ugh. More temptation. Haven't played since about 07, but all the RS conversations here always give me the itch to play it.

Some of the new content is worth playing, but its really just the same game so if you like grinding then go ahead. Thats the main issue I have with it - too much grinding and its even worse when you start questioning why you waste your time on it. Ive been playing my backlog of single player games instead of bothering with osrs.

Well that's why I like the fact it's on mobile. Sitting at my computer grinding doesn't appeal to me anymore, but on my phone while doing other things is cool.

It makes AFK skilling pretty appealing.

Also, I meant to say its the same game as it always was if you have played it before and new content doesnt make it better so like... re-grinding skills after having done it all before is even more repetitious than it is in the first place. I started the game when Classic was the game so Ive had my fill of it all.
