Also, corn starch baby powder if it's painful. Coat that shit like you're a baker. Also, try to just air all your shit out good and dry after the shower. Just got the mega rash and the flakes (which i thought was something else, but apparently sweat just does that). Got some stuff from doctor when I had it checked out.
