Man. Personally I'd delete that save. They do ban people for Pokemon save editing, although the only criteria I know of for sure is things that are impossible in-game.

I'm going to delete it because I want to actually play the game myself, but it was a pretty funny thing to notice

So what you need to do is trade over a bunch of those items on burner Pokemon to one of your other games.

I mean I'd just hate to see you delete that save and let all those items go to waste! Some of them are pretty tough to get.
