There is plenty to hold him accountable for (particularly in the ME) besides the manufacturered outrage from people like Anderson Cooper and Arnold Swartzenegger. If you really are informed about the sketchy shit that US presidents and intelligence have done, you should be taking outrage from pop MSM sources that get 100% of foreign policy positions wrong with a salt mine. The only time these people like Trump is when he bombs Assad.

I know they're pissed but harsh words vs actually doing something is a pretty big gap.

Ron Paul is a treasure and Rand is one of the better people in right now. His defense was more along the lines it's good that we try and talk to people we have hostile relations with and try and bring about peace.

I would agree but this wasn't diplomacy. This wasn't saying what you did was wrong but we want to get past this.

This was Trump dropping to his knees and saying please daddy let me have it, I'll do anything for you.
