Bae's cousin was MoH for another wedding a month or so ago. Well, she was SUPPOSED to be MoH for her best friend, but flaked because the bride (cousin's bff) was "being a bitch". On the day of the wedding.

Yes, bae's cousin flaked on a wedding because her best friend was stressing on the wedding day. I remember putting my two cents in saying cousin should just suck it up because the weddings are high stress. Cousin said "she needs to learn to not treat people like this".

Later, I took my girlfriend aside and said she should not let her cousin be MoH when we get hitched. Bae got upset. What's worse is that later the cousin made my girlfriend promise to make her MoH and my gf said yes.

I didn't push the matter. It's not my choice. But wat.

Crossed my mind. The lot of them are crazy disrespectful to their parents. Including my girlfriend. Her attitude causes a number of fights between us. I tell bae if she cannot respect her mother, how can I expect her to respect me? Good thing is that she acknowledges she has a disrespect problem. Bad thing is it's so engrained into her personlity that no amount of time will change her.

Nah, i heard the problem. Cousin straight up ignored paying the bride back for bridesmaid dress and refused to show up for hair/makeup. Bride called her a bitch for it. MoH got offended.
The cousin didnt go to the wedding . Instead she skipped town with her sisters to play at a casino.
