Well, there was split custody in the sense that I stayed with my dad during the week, and my mom had visitation on the weekends. Before that court order though, it was the other way around (mom during weekdays, dad during weekends). If I had to wait until 11 though, I'd like to think I would've been on the fence about my dad, because by then, his true nature was gradually showing. Even back in third grade, my mom was telling me that I would eventually regret my decision, but of course, I didn't believe her then.
